Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

• This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
• The submission file is in PDF format. The contents is formatted according to the Author Guidelines.
• The source file is either in Latex or DOCX format.
• Where available, DOIs should be provided in the reference list of the paper. 
• All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
• All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
• The order of the authors on the submission is final and as agreed with all of the co-authors (if any).
